Chanson de Matin (translated as "Morning Song"), Op. 15, No. 2, is one of the most recognizable and enduringly popular salon pieces by the English composer Sir Edward Elgar.

Originally composed for violin and piano, Elgar wrote the piece alongside its darker companion, Chanson de Nuit ("Night Song"), Op. 15, No. 1. While the exact date of composition is thought to be around 1897, it was published in 1899, right around the time Elgar achieved major national fame with his Enigma Variations.

Following the immediate success of the violin-and-piano version, Elgar arranged both pieces for full orchestra in 1901. Its sweeping, lyrical quality has since made it a favorite for various instrumentations, ranging from string quartets to brass ensemble arrangements.
